AREA DENTAL

I called early in the morning to schedule an emergency appointment for a loose crown on a front tooth. Everyone from Page, the receptionist, to Nikki and Joyce, the dental assistants, to Doreen in Accounting, to Dr. Thomas, the dentist, were helpful and accommodating. My dental needs were resolved because they took time in their already busy schedule to develop a solution to a pesky problem I had with this crown that met my needs. What they anticipated as a half-hour appointment that turned into a 2 ½ hour appointment was professionally and caringly met with my needs in mind first and foremost. Kudos to all of you!

I’ve been going to Area Dental for more than 25 years. Most people dread going to the dentist. I never have. My sons, who are 13 & 8, don’t either! We know that we are in the best care! Dr Thomas, Lynn, Joan, and Joyce always make sure we are comfortable. We also have a lot of laughs while we are there! We moved 45 minutes away from Watertown almost 2 years ago and continue to drive there because of their excellent care! We will always go to Area Dental!!

I had my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday by Dr Bruce Thomas and I went in completely terrified. Dr Thomas and all assistants and staff made me feel so much better and relaxed. I was truly in good hands and they all did an amazing job with both the procedure and reassuring me throughout the whole experience. Thank you for making a scary experience into a pleasant one.

I highly recommend this office. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. All the staff are very friendly from receptionist, the billing staff and the dentists. I did not have an appointment before, I called in because of pain and they quickly created a spot for me to see the dentist. The dentist who treated me (Dr. Bruce) was amazing; he is very experienced in his work and I could tell that he cares a lot about his patients. He made feel calm, numbed me very well and I did not feel any pain throughout the procedure! He explained the treatment plan and procedure to me very clearly. I did not feel any rush in him as I have felt in other dental offices I have been to. They also explained and gave me written instructions of what to do, what kind of food I could eat etc., after the procedure. Finally, the cost of the procedure was affordable.

Dr. Thomas and his dad are great. They make the visit to the dentist a visit not an appointment. They are very cordial and they definitely know their profession well. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs a cleaning to major dental work. The staff runs the office so well that you are in and out so fast it seems like there's not a minute wasted. Between the Doctors and the staff I can say they have a life long patient with me.
