Trato muy mejorable por parte de una persona de atención de consultas externas de traumatología. Creo que todo el personal en un hospital debería entender que los usuarios que allí acudimos no lo hacemos por placer, lo hacemos porque estamos sufriendo. Bastaría un poco de educación y empatía.

AWFUL experience for birth. Over medicalised, staff do not listen or take into account the mothers needs. Will strap you down and talk over you, if you want an empowered birth experience do not go here. Also epidural staff are insensitive and ill informed.

I am so pleased to be sent to Clinica Sagrada Familia for surgery. From the admissions desk to the day of my release the staff members were wonderful. Even though I could not speak Spanish well they were patient and kind. The surgery staff were efficient and friendly. The private room Was airy roomie and clean with a private shower. If I wanted I could have had someone stay with me overnight. Check out was easy. Surgery is not something you want to happen but if you need it while in Barcelona I hope you get to choose that hospital.

Longest waiting time ever! I arrived at 10:40am in emergency and I got checked in at 10:53. By the time I'm writing this review it has passed 3hrs and no sign of any member of the staff to apologise for the waiting time. Unbelievable!

Good surgery - but the nursing needs a little more care. The soup was delicious, but why serve a hot dish accompanied by lettuce under a lid? The steam wilts the lettuce and it smells unpleasant, nor is it edible. For a hot protein, hot vegetables please. The room was comfortable.
