Después de visitar 4 tiendas para vestidos de novia, algunas varias veces, he de decir que aquí recibí el mejor trato, muy profesionales, amables, en ningún momento me presionaron para comprar y gracias a Sara (fue la persona que me atendió maravillosamente) encontré mi vestido, después de probarme cuatro del catálogo ella me sacó uno que no estaba y pensó me gustaría. Acertó por completo!!:) Volví a probarmelo con una amiga y hasta la tercera visita no me decidí, en ningun momento me presionaron con fechas ni nada. El trato posterior fue genial y la modista (Julia) es una gran profesional, me adapto el vestido a la perfección. Os recomiendo ir si buscais vestido de novia, la relación calidad precio merece la pena, pero sobre todo por la atención! Mil gracias de corazón por el trato recibido!!

No puedo poner 7 estrellas como prometí porque solo hay 5. La verdad que a parte de la profesionalidad con la que trabajan y la gran calidad de sus vestidos y acabados, se destaca el gran equipo humano que forman. Para mí es primordial el trato recibido cuando vas a una tienda. Y aquí me he sentido como en casa... Por circunstancias, he tenido que ir sola porque mi familia no está en Madrid y creo que han hecho incluso mucho más de lo que les correspondía por verme en esas circunstancias. Muchas gracias!!

Really sad & disappointed with our visit here. It feels like you’re on a conveyor belt of brides from the moment you go to the minute your time is up. Staff seem tired of their job, there is no care, attention or opinion from them. I very possibly would have bought my dress here except my appointment came to an abrupt end without warning and I was quickly asked to get dressed and leave. During the appointment, I had also been told I couldn’t try on the veils, that we could only do this when we were sure it was “the dress” which is hard to know early into your appointment. When I rang to see if I could try it on again later that evening, after I had decided it was most likely “the one” they said I could, however after waiting 30 minutes in the reception they then said I could only try it if I was there to get my measurements and buy it. When I explained I just wanted to see it one more time, they said no, and we had to leave once again. Having been to 3 or 4 appointments over the weekend, in equally busy stores, this was by far the most impersonal, insincere and dissatisfying experience. Choosing your wedding dress should be a special experience and this isn’t the place to have it. Beautiful dresses, terrible service.
