I've had problem after problem with this office. The staff is rude, they blatantly demonstrate they don't care about patients, and all I can ever get is an appointment with a "practitioner". I'm switching PCP as soon as I am finished typing this review.

GREAT DOCTOR!!!!! Unfortunately the OFFICE STAFF IS THE WORST! They don't answer the phones i called at least 10 times today and they just ignore .... the Worst of all is that they don't care about the patients being. I called for two consecutive weeks for the same issue after Nurse practitioner Christiani who saw me forgot to send my prescriptions to pharmacy!!! UGH. Such a shame Dr. Menendez is great.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and most of the staff are courteous and friendly. They also have complimentary transportation which is important to me.

Dr. Menendez is not only a great doctor but also a very caring and personal doctor. The staff now is totally new and they are doing their best to meet our needs. they are gentil and caring.

Had to find a New primary Dr. Never saw Dr Eugenio Menendez. Didn’t even know what he looked like til I came to this website. Never saw him at the office. I was always seen by a nurse practitioner. The girl at the window ( Camilla ) is rude & disrespectful. She was the straw that broke the camels back. They don’t pick up the phone when you call. My oncologist couldn’t get ahold of them. Wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone. Sad ?
