Recibí muy mal trato de un chico de recepción. El resto del personal muy amables, pero si quien te recibe te trata tan mal y te hace sentir muy mal que no lo recomiendo.

¿como es posible que en navidades no cojan el teléfono? Me mantienen a la espera indicándome el número de personas que hay y cuando llego al número 1 me cortan indicando que mi tiempo ha superado el límite. O trabajas o no trabajas. No pueden ser las dos cosas. Muy mal.

La mejor clinica de Madrid para hacerse radiografías, trato exquisito, te llevas las pruebas en el momento, el personal muy profesional y amable.

En una de las pruebas que me realizaron me metieron una pletina de la máquina por el oído sin reparar en poner un simple plástico. Quiero pensar que entre un paciente y otro lo desinfecten, pues considero que es necesario extremar la higiene en este tipo de casos.

I've been here twice. The first time I've seen the worse attitude from one of the dental technician talking to me and the next patient too without even looking at the eyes, moving our head like a toy and it seemed they used the same retractor for everybody as it has lots of teeth signs. I hope they disinfect at least but it look all wore out... horrible. They were at least punctual and precise. The second time they were precise and professional that's the only way I don't give one star, but the first time it was like being treated as a doll and the the retractor state was unbearable even if they clean it...
