I always come here with my mom and don’t have any complaints. They take care of us and are very nice.

I am a Nurse Case Manager and assist Injured workers with their workers comp case and I recently had an IW that attended this clinic and I was appalled at the way the patient was treated and I personally was treated very rudely. The front office staff are not aware of the workers comp laws and clearly need some education. I will not refer anyone to their clinic and will discourage others from attending.

First time coming her and great service I was in and out quick I will be coming back I highly recommend

Update: The staff has been on it the past few times I've been in which I really appreciate. Thank you. I really want to understand what's going on with the front desk. I've tried numerous times to get my mother in, who is a long time patient and has serious health issues, and the receptionists are always making excuses as to why she can't be seen. They fail to return phone calls or to give notices to Dr. Flores. Next time I go in for my appointment I'll be sure to have a word with him about his staff who are obviously hurting his practice. This wasn't a problem before and I'll change my review once this issue is fixed.

This is my second time coming here and both experiences were great. Dr Flores and his staff were wonderful. Great customer service and prices are very reasonable compared to other places. On both visits my medication was given to me there in the office which was a huge plus because it saved me a trip to the pharmacy. I will definetely be back.
