CLÍNICA SAN MIGUEL

Worst urgent care that I have been to. Told her about a medical condition I was having. She assumed that I was pregnant, asked me five different times back to back if I was pregnant Told her that I wasn't repeatedly. I am abstinent, so know for a fact that I am not. She still kept on asking me repeatedly, as if I would change my answer. It was weird. I ask if I should give her a copy of my insurance. She seems surprised that I even have insurance. Claims that she has never heard of Oscar insurance...as if I am making up having insurance. She is extremely patronizing. Then she gives me a pile of forms. I fill them out, she attaches a few forms that are duplicates, so I assume I am done filling out the forms, because I filled out all the highlighted parts. I take the forms up to her. She says that there are more, but then realizes that there are duplicates making it look like I would be filling out the forms twice. She still chastises me for not filling out the forms...even though there were duplicate forms immediately after the forms I filled. At this point, I am over it. I don't have enough time to deal with her patronizing attitude and racist/classist assumptions. I take my form with me, and tell them I am going elsewhere. They seemed surprised that I am not even going to argue with them about it and that I have the capability of going elsewhere. Honestly, it was an accident why I ended up here. I thought it was the other urgent care down the block. Once I got here, rather than going down the block, decided to try this place. Obviously, will never make that mistake again.

I used to come here with my mom to see the ear, nose, and throat specialist. I really liked coming here because the staff is very friendly and helpful, but I don't know what happened because all of a sudden they stopped taking medical, they only wanted cash. I hope everything goes back to the way it was some day.

I was seen here about 6 months ago. The wait time was very short. Staff quite friendly. Yes, the building is older and could use a bit of clean up but, for $20 To see a doctor......stop complaining. The doctor I saw was a very intelligent and kind man. I would definately go back!!

Very bad place! Go somewhere else..do it! The offices, very dirty and unsanitary. The medical assistants don't really do much or know what to do...the doctors are worse! They just give the "you're good, just take Tylenol or Motrin" talk even if you just have an open cut. You're better off going south the border and get better service than this place. The doctors here also are not great listeners as in when you tell them your symptoms, you come out with another diagnosis...which is the wrong one. So for you safety and health, don't come to this place. Go to another clinic!
