Gran profesionalidad, magnífica atención y amabilidad de todo el equipo de la clínica. Llevo un mes con un tratamiento de Invisalign, y no puedo estar más contenta con la evolución del tratamiento y con la atención recibida, cuidan todos los detalles y te atienden para cualquier cosa que te surja casi inmediatamente. Además, el tiempo de espera al acudir a las citas es casi inexistente. Soy clarinetista y desde que comencé el tratamiento no he tenido ninguna molestia al tocar, incluso puedo tocar con los alineadores puestos sin problemas de ningún tipo y casi sin notar que los llevo puestos.

Pedí un diagnóstico y me lo dieron basándose únicamente en fotografías y radiografías que me tomaron previamente. No quedé satisfecha con ello, ya que se enfocaron en lo estético. No me comentaron si tenía o no caries, por ejemplo; lo básico cuando haces este tipo de chequeos. Claro que si no me habían visto la boca, era imposible verlo a menos que le metieran zoom a las fotografías. 5-10 minutos duró el diagnóstico. Me esperaba más profesionalidad por las puntuaciones recibidas, la verdad. Punto positivo, la atención. Personal amable y atento.

Trato cercano, buena relación calidad precio y resultados garantizados. Me hice unos arreglos estéticos ( una limpieza, un blanqueamiento y me coloqué un invisalign ). Todo genial y muy pendientes. Como curiosidad, me encontré a un jugador de fútbol allí.

I am vacationing in Sevilla Spain and had an accident on Thursday night that knocked my two front teeth out. I was mortified to have missing teeth, and to be traveler who only speaks English. My best friend found Ponce & Carpinetro online and luckily it was 4 min away from our apartment. When we arrived the front desk assistant Lorena was such a delight!! She did her best to speak English with us and assured me that this wasn't going to be problem. Her happy personality made me feel like everything was going to be okay. Dra. Milagros Martin was my dentist who worked on my teeth and she was the best dentist I have ever had! The music playing in the office was very happy and made me very comfortable, taking my attention away from the procedure. She was always checking in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I didn't feel any pain. Because it was Friday, Dra. Martin was sweet enough to put one of my front tooth a in after doing a root canal so that I could enjoy the weekend. I returned on Monday to get my second tooth fixed. During both days my lovely best friend waited patiently in the lobby for me, where she was able to use their very fast internet and also enjoy the fun music. The entire staff was extremely nice to us and always smiling even though the majority didn't speak english. They all made this traumatic experience delightful and made it an easy and pain free fix. If I ever need anymore work done I will fly all the way from the U.S. just to come to this awesome dentists office!
