Nice arches surrounded by traffic intersection. It is rather new, but it is nothing special. There is a much better monument at the other side of the city, Puerta de Alcala.

Lovely place but ONLY if you happen to be walking by. I wouldn't make plans to visit it deliberately. Alcalá is much better when it comes to Puerta alike monuments.
