Lovely hotel ... staff very pleasant ... rooms lovely ... the food was delicious ... I would stay here again for a citybreak

It’s in a great location, very close to transportation, shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It could’ve been a bit cleaner. My window was collecting dust.

Pluses: Good bed, 3 types of pillows. My room had a new bathroom with a bath and a bidet. Lots of plugs Wooden floor Has a kettle Convenient bedside lamps Appropriate staff. Minuses: Wifi was intermittent sometimes. No water provided, which would have been a small but nice gesture. No slippers. A/c controlled centrally.. Interior rooms have no view, exterior are very loud. Drinking tea from glasses is very inconvenient as they get hot.

Good location, close to metro Goya, groceries and shopping. Walls thin and tastefully furnished with IKEA products. Very small gym. Some parts under renovation. Comfortable library.

Clean, well designed rooms. Relatively large room size for the city. Excellent location (center of Barrio Salamanca). Price was reasonable when I stayed. They have a nice little library room and a decent hotel gym (for the area) if you have some time to kill at the hotel - though it's better to spend that time enjoying the surrounding area. In summary, a solid 4-star hotel choice.
